Dinofirst 2Mg Tablet is a progestin, which is used as a contraceptive used for preventing unwanted pregnancy. It is also taken to help fight pain caused by endometriosis and to treat heavy menstrual bleeding in women who use oral contraceptives. It is consumed once a day in a 28 day cycle period. Consult your doctor regarding the dosage before its use.
Avoid taking this medicine if are allergic to any ingredients, are or may be pregnant, breastfeeding, have or have a history of heart attack, stroke, or heart disease, benign or malignant liver tumours, migraine, breast or uterine cancer.
Some common side effects of Dinofirst 2Mg Tablet include nausea, vomiting, headache, flatulence, irregular menstrual periods, weight gain, Breast pain, mood swings. Discontinue its use and seek immediate medical attention in case you notice any of these symptoms- breast lump, breast pain or enlargement, muscle spasms, rapid or pounding heartbeat, abdominal pain, vaginal yeast infection, signs of urinary tract infection.
